Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
valid driver’s license
reliable transportation
current automobile insurance
clean driving record
physical stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week
ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, and possess clear vision including close, distance, peripheral and depth perception
ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends as business dictates

Job Qualifications

Strong math abilities including addition, subtraction, fractions and percentages
proficiency in English language including speaking, reading and writing
experience with computer software such as Excel and Word
previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
ability to train and manage a team effectively
good communication and organizational skills
knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
customer service skills
cash handling experience

Job Duties

Manage a staff of assistant managers and employees between 25 and 30
assign, oversee and evaluate work for compliance
manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline and termination of employees
provide on the job training for new employees
delegate and manage ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all supplies to minimize loss
supervise food preparation and service operations
assist shoppers during rush periods
ensure every customer receives world class customer service
route deliveries and supervise drivers
complete daily food preparations and opening procedures
execute systems and procedures with integrity and completeness
complete daily, weekly and period paperwork accurately
control inventory and maintain ordering schedules
conduct weekly manager meetings
audit system and procedures and shift ending paperwork
complete preventative maintenance and upkeep on equipment and supplies
manage 100 percent of cash drawers during shift
manage deposits and change orders per deposit operating procedure
