Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • current automobile insurance
  • clean driving record
  • physical stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, and possess clear vision including close, distance, peripheral and depth perception
  • ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends as business dictates

Job Qualifications

  • Strong math abilities including addition, subtraction, fractions and percentages
  • proficiency in English language including speaking, reading and writing
  • experience with computer software such as Excel and Word
  • previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • ability to train and manage a team effectively
  • good communication and organizational skills
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • customer service skills
  • cash handling experience

Job Duties

  • Manage a staff of assistant managers and employees between 25 and 30
  • assign, oversee and evaluate work for compliance
  • manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline and termination of employees
  • provide on the job training for new employees
  • delegate and manage ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all supplies to minimize loss
  • supervise food preparation and service operations
  • assist shoppers during rush periods
  • ensure every customer receives world class customer service
  • route deliveries and supervise drivers
  • complete daily food preparations and opening procedures
  • execute systems and procedures with integrity and completeness
  • complete daily, weekly and period paperwork accurately
  • control inventory and maintain ordering schedules
  • conduct weekly manager meetings
  • audit system and procedures and shift ending paperwork
  • complete preventative maintenance and upkeep on equipment and supplies
  • manage 100 percent of cash drawers during shift
  • manage deposits and change orders per deposit operating procedure
