Job Requirements

  • must be at least 19 years of age
  • have a flexible work schedule with ability to work nights and/or weekends
  • 2+ years of fast food/restaurant management experience with responsibility to achieve financial results
  • enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to motivate and build teams
  • ability to manage with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of fast food or restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • enthusiasm for learning and personal development

Job Duties

  • lead restaurant operations to achieve financial and service goals
  • manage and motivate restaurant team members
  • ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • control inventory and manage budgets
  • train staff on operational procedures and best practices
  • oversee scheduling and labor management
