Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in food service or retail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand or walk for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety, health, and safety standards
- ability to manage team schedules and labor costs effectively
