Lucky Strike Entertainment is currently looking to hire a General Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This is an engaging, hands-on role requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced and energetic environment. The General Manager will be actively involved in floor management, coordinating and motivating multiple team members, and problem-solving in real-time to address any challenges that arise. The position is full-time with a competitive pay range from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, plus bonus incentives.
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving your center's financial success by developing and monitoring operational plans and budgets, managing labor costs, and encouraging strong food and beverage sales. You will oversee multiple departments, including entertainment, food and beverage, and property management to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your leadership will help cultivate a positive team environment, maximize staff performance, and maintain high morale among employees.
Your responsibilities will include supervising and training staff members in guest service excellence, operational standards, loss prevention, and food and beverage service. You will lead regular performance reviews with your management team and adjust action plans based on profit and loss statements. Handling HR issues and loss prevention at the center level will also be part of your duties to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
Guest satisfaction is paramount, and you will prioritize resolving customer complaints effectively while maintaining overall service goals. You will strive to enhance the Food and Beverage program by ensuring quality and consistency that meet corporate standards, fostering a culture that drives sales and delivers exceptional dining experiences. Flexibility is essential, as the role includes working varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned manager with at least five years of full-service restaurant or food service operations management experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with strong business acumen, accounting skills, and analytical capabilities. You must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and mechanical familiarity with POS register systems. Above all, you should be a customer service professional with a passion for developing people and building a successful, motivated team.
Physically, the role requires the ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods and occasionally lift objects with assistance in a lively entertainment environment. This is more than just a management position; it is a chance to be part of a vibrant culture that merges work with fun, delivering joy and memorable moments to guests every day. Join Lucky Strike Entertainment and help lead their centers to new heights of success and guest satisfaction.
