Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screen
  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Enforce food safety and quality standards
  • Conduct training and performance reviews for subordinate managers
  • Administer staff personnel matters including promotions and terminations
