Job Duties

  • Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager
  • managing performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
  • communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and reviewing employee performance and compensation actions
  • ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • communicating timely and effectively with District Manager about operational and human resources issues
  • performing regular restaurant inspections to meet standards
  • tracking inventory and ensuring accurate record keeping
  • identifying and resolving issues with food preparation and customer service
  • maintaining safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation standards and safety procedures
  • accomplishing company goals by accepting ownership and exploring opportunities to add value
