Job Requirements

Restaurant experience is required
manager food handler certification required
minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant
ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and nights
strong work ethic

ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively

Job Duties

Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager
managing performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and reviewing employee performance and compensation actions
ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
communicating timely and effectively with District Manager about operational and human resources issues
performing regular restaurant inspections to meet standards
tracking inventory and ensuring accurate record keeping
identifying and resolving issues with food preparation and customer service
maintaining safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation standards and safety procedures
accomplishing company goals by accepting ownership and exploring opportunities to add value
