Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Build and develop a high-performing team by recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring staff
- Drive financial results by managing food costs, labor, utilities, and overall profitability
- Maintain compliance with all health, labor, and safety regulations at local, state, and federal levels
- Promote a positive workplace culture by fostering a cheerful, fun, and professional environment
- Support community initiatives and represent the brand in local outreach and Public Safety Foundation programs
- Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs to ensure smooth store operation
- Communicate effectively with District Manager, Director of Operations, headquarters team, and ownership
