Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of restaurant management experience
  • Availability for full-time work including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service, food quality, and cleanliness
  • Build and develop a high-performing team by recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring staff
  • Drive financial results by managing food costs, labor, utilities, and overall profitability
  • Maintain compliance with all health, labor, and safety regulations at local, state, and federal levels
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by fostering a cheerful, fun, and professional environment
  • Support community initiatives and represent the brand in local outreach and Public Safety Foundation programs
  • Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs to ensure smooth store operation
  • Communicate effectively with District Manager, Director of Operations, headquarters team, and ownership
