Job Requirements
- Availability to work evenings holidays and weekends
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
- Display positive and friendly attitude towards guests
- Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
- Previous experience in hotel catering coffee service banquet operations assistant management food production or bartending is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry
- Previous experience in deli or food service management preferred
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain a State-approved license
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring safety and quality
- Lead and develop team members fostering a positive work environment
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
- Control costs and monitor financial performance
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
- Implement operational improvements to enhance guest experience
- Protect company assets and uphold company standards
