Job Requirements

  • Availability to work evenings holidays and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
  • Display positive and friendly attitude towards guests
  • Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
  • Previous experience in hotel catering coffee service banquet operations assistant management food production or bartending is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry
  • Previous experience in deli or food service management preferred
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain a State-approved license
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring safety and quality
  • Lead and develop team members fostering a positive work environment
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
  • Control costs and monitor financial performance
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
  • Implement operational improvements to enhance guest experience
  • Protect company assets and uphold company standards
