Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of restaurant management experience
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance
  • Up-beat and engaging personality
  • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
  • Highly collaborative nature
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent math skills including basic computations and ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
  • Ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Frequent bending, kneeling and lifting 25-50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of restaurant management experience

Job Duties

  • Provide vision and leadership to crew, shift supervisors, and restaurant managers
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Mentor and develop team members to advance skills and productivity
  • Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
  • Maximize store sales and profit goals including participation in marketing programs
  • Maintain protection of Wendy’s brand and assets
  • Identify problems and initiate corrective actions promptly
  • Ensure fast, accurate, and excellent customer service
