Job Requirements

- One year of restaurant management experience
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Neat, clean and professional appearance
- Up-beat and engaging personality
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Highly collaborative nature
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent math skills including basic computations and ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
- Ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling and lifting 25-50 lbs

Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to crew, shift supervisors, and restaurant managers
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Mentor and develop team members to advance skills and productivity
- Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
- Maximize store sales and profit goals including participation in marketing programs
- Maintain protection of Wendy’s brand and assets
- Identify problems and initiate corrective actions promptly
- Ensure fast, accurate, and excellent customer service
