Job Requirements
- Minimum of three to four years of experience leading people
- high school diploma or GED
- demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety procedure and standards
- flexible work availability
- willing and able to travel to other locations as needed
- able to stand for long periods, bend and kneel
- able to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- able to handle weather-related conditions
- able to wear a headset and understand restaurant equipment
