Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- reliable transportation
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to manage restaurant operations independently
- willingness to handle various communication devices
- bilingual ability in certain markets
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- manage all restaurant functions to ensure high-quality products and customer service
- respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns

- recruit, train, and develop staff to exceed customer expectations
- manage sales and profit goals to meet or exceed budget
- oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and safety standards
- implement local marketing strategies to increase sales
