Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of retail sales experience
- 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- management experience in a commission-based sales environment
- proven track record of achieving challenging sales goals
- ability to set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high-performing team
- basic interview skills and staffing knowledge
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Shape the guest experience by coaching and developing the sales team
- exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence
- mentor Assistant General Manager and support leadership development
- manage day-to-day store functions including staffing, scheduling, marketing, and loss prevention
- participate in sales strategy development and execute sales promotions
- maintain retail inventory compliance and analyze sales reports
- handle guest escalations and provide timely resolution
