Job Requirements

  • completion of a 3-day General Manager University training within 30 days of completing New Hire University
  • willingness to travel overnight for training as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of retail sales experience
  • 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • management experience in a commission-based sales environment
  • proven track record of achieving challenging sales goals
  • ability to set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high-performing team
  • basic interview skills and staffing knowledge
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
  • at least 18 years of age
  • legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Shape the guest experience by coaching and developing the sales team
  • exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence
  • mentor Assistant General Manager and support leadership development
  • manage day-to-day store functions including staffing, scheduling, marketing, and loss prevention
  • participate in sales strategy development and execute sales promotions
  • maintain retail inventory compliance and analyze sales reports
  • handle guest escalations and provide timely resolution
