Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years shift supervisor or 1 year restaurant manager/assistant manager experience
- Ability to comply with food safety standards
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Open and flexible work availability
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Access to private transportation
- Commitment to outstanding customer service
Job Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Open and flexible work availability
- Excellent attendance record
Job Duties
- Comply with food safety procedures and ensure every item served is Wendy’s quality
- Work with management team to meet restaurant goals
- Manage food and labor costs
- Demonstrated knowledge and execution of Wendy's company policies and procedures
- Monitor food inventory levels
- Manage and maintain safe working conditions
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate restaurant managers, shift supervisors and team members
