Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Agree to background and credit checks
  • Must schedule 45-50 hours per week
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
  • Must clock in and out for all shifts
  • Obtain approval for any schedule changes
  • Be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting inventory
  • Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Practical management experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Managers Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to lift 15-20 lbs
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and training to team members using the TRED philosophy
  • Maintain high standards of friendliness and cleanliness
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, inventory, purchasing, and payroll validation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Develop and enforce scheduling that covers peak business hours including weekends and evenings
  • Conduct employee coaching, recognition, education, and development
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing shifts as required
