Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Agree to background and credit checks
- Must schedule 45-50 hours per week
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
- Must clock in and out for all shifts
- Obtain approval for any schedule changes
- Be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting inventory
- Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines
- Bilingual skills a plus
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Practical management experience in a retail or food service environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Managers Food Safety Certificate
- Ability to lift 15-20 lbs
- Working knowledge of computers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and training to team members using the TRED philosophy
- Maintain high standards of friendliness and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling, deposits, inventory, purchasing, and payroll validation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Develop and enforce scheduling that covers peak business hours including weekends and evenings
- Conduct employee coaching, recognition, education, and development
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing shifts as required
