Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Serve-Safe certification
- Completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Ability to read and interpret business documents and governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations including algebra and geometry
- Ability to analyze problems and apply critical thinking
- Compliance with company policies and federal, state and local laws
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years of related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of company policies and procedures
- Ability to conduct P&L analysis
- Familiarity with supervisory practices
- Proficiency in planning and budgeting
- Experience with interviewing and training methods
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations and staff
- Execute company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure objectives are reached in all operational areas following company guidelines
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
- Plan and budget resources effectively
- Conduct interviewing and hiring processes
- Oversee training and development practices
