This is a full-time, in-person position offering an attractive salary range from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, complemented by various performance-based bonuses, including monthly and annual incentives. The Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, leading both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service. This role requires a leader who is passionate about the food service industry, skilled in managing large teams of up to 40 members, and capable of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.\n\nIn this leadership position, you will be responsible for executing the brand's standards daily, maintaining an immaculate restaurant environment, and driving same-store sales growth through effective strategies and team motivation. Your role includes ensuring line speed is optimized, managing customer service issues, and monitoring overall customer sentiments to enhance the dining experience. Coordination with managerial trainees, off-premise coordinators, and certified trainers will be essential, as will your involvement in weekly scheduling, inventory management, and operational reporting. Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED
  • two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
  • proven track record of successfully promoting team members
  • experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
  • ability to make difficult personnel decisions
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, etc)

Job Duties

  • Lead the execution of the brand daily
  • competent in all FOH and BOH positions
  • responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH and BOH
  • responsible for same store sales growth
  • responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
  • serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews
  • handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and company standards
  • coordinate and lead weekly meetings with manager in training, off-premise coordinator, and certified trainer
  • review weekly employee schedules
  • complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, complete online ordering, inventory, etc
  • have a thorough knowledge of the company culture
  • follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain a neat and clean appearance
  • adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
  • perform other duties as assigned
