This employment opportunity is for the position of General Manager, where Chipotle is looking for dynamic leaders to join at a time of rapid growth—opening nearly one new restaurant every day. This is a full-time leadership role where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant’s performance, including P&L control, sales forecasting, recruitment and training of staff, operational compliance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate in varying kitchen temperatures.

With a salary range estimated between $55,000 and $77,500 per year, the role also includes eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses along with a robust benefits package.
