Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, lunch and dinner shifts
- Capacity to stand and walk for up to 10 hours a day
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and people development
- Commitment to upholding food safety and operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
- Strong hospitality and guest service focus
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Ability to creatively market and drive sales through fundraisers and community engagement
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial and operational responsibilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for cultivating a positive work culture
Job Duties
- Be guest obsessed and uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
- Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, people processes, and performance management
- Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices using Chipotle's training tools
- Direct team members to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including schedule management, P&L control, sales forecasting, and recruiting
- Maintain the dining room and ensure the restaurant is guest-ready
- Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
- Achieve annual sales and cash flow goals
- Work a schedule that includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts providing leadership during all hours of operation
