The role of the General Manager at Wendy's under WenJAI Restaurant Group is integral to achieving these high standards and organizational goals. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in food service or retail
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors, and assistant general managers
- manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following company guidelines
- ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
