Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in food service or retail
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership skills
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to meet physical demands of the job
  • willingness to uphold company values and ethics

Job Duties

  • Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors, and assistant general managers
  • manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant
  • execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following company guidelines
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
