Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, journals, procedures and regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and manuals
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations including algebra and geometry
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
- Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Must be Serve-Safe certified
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in restaurant management or related field
- Knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
- Strong understanding of P&L analysis and budgeting
- Proficiency in supervisory and training practices
- Familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
- Serve-Safe certification
Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant including execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure achievement of objectives in all areas while following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Oversee financial planning including P&L analysis and implementation of corrective measures
- Manage interviewing, hiring and staff training practices
- Maintain health and safety standards and ensure adherence to Serve-Safe requirements
