Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
One to two years related experience and/or training
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, journals, procedures and regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and manuals
Effective presentation and communication skills
Ability to perform mathematical calculations including algebra and geometry
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
Must be Serve-Safe certified

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in restaurant management or related field
Knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
Strong understanding of P&L analysis and budgeting
Proficiency in supervisory and training practices
Familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
Serve-Safe certification

Job Duties

Manage operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant including execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
Ensure achievement of objectives in all areas while following company guidelines
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
Oversee financial planning including P&L analysis and implementation of corrective measures
Manage interviewing, hiring and staff training practices
Maintain health and safety standards and ensure adherence to Serve-Safe requirements
