The role being hired for is a leadership position crucial to the brand's daily execution and success. As a key leader, you will be expected to lead and manage all aspects of the front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring cleanliness, quality food preparation, and strong customer service. You will oversee same-store sales growth and strive to optimize line speed and transaction times to meet company standards. Communication and coordination are vital aspects of this role, as you will lead weekly meetings with managers and trainers, review schedules, and complete essential reports. The position also involves upholding health, safety, sanitation, and security policies, along with fostering a neat and clean restaurant environment.

This leadership position requires a thorough knowledge and embodiment of the Mo' Bettahs culture. You will act as the primary point of contact for customer service issues, being responsible for overall customer experiences and reviews. The role demands the capability to motivate and lead staff effectively, make strategic personnel decisions, and develop talent within your team. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead the execution of the brand daily
  • competent in all FOH and BOH position
  • responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant FOH and BOH
  • responsible for same store sales growth
  • responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
  • serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews
  • handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo'Bettahs standards
  • coordinate and lead weekly meetings with manager in training off-premise coordinator and certified trainer
  • review weekly employee schedules
  • complete weekly reports self-reporting peoplePAR staffing guide complete online ordering inventory etc.
  • have a thorough knowledge of the Mo'Bettahs culture
  • follow all company standards for health safety sanitation security and maintain a neat and clean appearance
  • adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
