The role being hired for is a leadership position crucial to the brand's daily execution and success. As a key leader, you will be expected to lead and manage all aspects of the front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring cleanliness, quality food preparation, and strong customer service. You will oversee same-store sales growth and strive to optimize line speed and transaction times to meet company standards. Communication and coordination are vital aspects of this role, as you will lead weekly meetings with managers and trainers, review schedules, and complete essential reports. The position also involves upholding health, safety, sanitation, and security policies, along with fostering a neat and clean restaurant environment.

This leadership position requires a thorough knowledge and embodiment of the Mo' Bettahs culture. You will act as the primary point of contact for customer service issues, being responsible for overall customer experiences and reviews.
