Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
  • minimum 3 years of hotel management experience
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • proven financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting
  • excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • ability to handle office equipment and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of hotel management experience
  • experience with Hilton, IHG, or Marriott brands is a plus
  • proven ability to motivate, train, and lead a hospitality team
  • strong budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management skills
  • passion for enhancing guest experiences and maintaining service standards
  • ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve challenges
  • strong community engagement skills
  • willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare annual capital, cash flow, and sales and marketing plans to forecast budgets and drive revenue
  • utilize financial data to maximize profitability and return on investment
  • leverage distribution channels and technology to enhance market share and revenue
  • oversee capital plans and asset management initiatives
  • develop team member engagement programs aligned with brand service behaviors
  • implement and monitor succession planning
  • set performance goals and provide mentoring and coaching
  • oversee salary decisions and HR processes
  • lead by example and demonstrate company core values
  • maintain compliance with brand standards and license agreements
  • drive improvement in guest satisfaction scores
  • engage with guests and solicit feedback
  • ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members
  • act as a public relations representative
  • drive environmentally conscious initiatives
  • maintain a safe working environment
  • lead recycling and sustainability efforts
