Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience or equivalent experience and education
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred
- Experience with sales building, Profit and Loss statements, recruitment, and training preferred
- Aptitude for store systems including Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, EcoSure, and others preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including timely and effective scheduling
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team through goal-setting, accountability, and inspiration
- Execute and complete team role-based training programs and onboarding
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to support team member development
- Model and uphold company policies and standards ensuring a safe environment
- Inspire team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences through a culture of excellence
- Facilitate timely resolution of employee and customer relations and supply chain issues
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Manage supply chain processes, inventory, and asset management to support store operations
- Utilize financial planning knowledge to manage budgets and analyze operating statements
- Create enthusiasm and focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and health protocols are rigorously maintained
