Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated franchisee within the restaurant industry. An independently owned and operated franchise is a type of business model where a local owner operates a restaurant under the brand and guidelines of a larger franchisor but maintains full control over the employment and day-to-day operational decisions. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 14
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good physical stamina
  • Customer-service oriented mindset
  • Willingness to comply with employment policies set by the independent franchisee

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant or food service management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers
  • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
  • Experience in employee training and development

Job Duties

  • Ensuring that the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
  • Maintaining operational excellence so the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively
  • Ensuring all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed
  • Creating a restaurant atmosphere that patrons and employees enjoy
  • Managing recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff
  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations and customer service
  • Maintaining compliance with franchise standards and local regulations
