Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 14
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant or food service management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
- Experience in employee training and development
Job Duties
- Ensuring that the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
- Maintaining operational excellence so the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively
- Ensuring all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed
- Creating a restaurant atmosphere that patrons and employees enjoy
- Managing recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations and customer service
- Maintaining compliance with franchise standards and local regulations
