Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
  • frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
  • capability to walk stairs and use step ladder
  • occasional sitting, talking, and listening
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • work in fast-paced, loud environment
  • ability to work in varying temperature zones including hot kitchen and cold storage
  • awareness of safety hazards and use of personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • proven leadership ability to develop and manage teams
  • strong customer service skills
  • financial management and budgeting experience
  • problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
