Job Requirements

ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
capability to walk stairs and use step ladder
occasional sitting, talking, and listening
ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Job Qualifications

at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
proven leadership ability to develop and manage teams
strong customer service skills
financial management and budgeting experience
problem-solving and decision-making skills
excellent verbal and written communication skills
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
