Job Description

Fuego Tortilla Grill is a dynamic fast-casual dining concept that champions bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and an energetic guest experience. This role is a full-time, on-site General Manager position located in Abilene, TX, and is a critical leadership role within the Fuego Tortilla Grill team. The General Manager will be tasked with overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure both outstanding service and efficiency across all departments. Responsibilities include maintaining an exceptional guest experience, leading operational improvements, and driving the restaurant's financial performance. The role demands a high level of interaction with team members to foster motivation, development, and cohesion. Additionally, the General Manager will support and help implement marketing initiatives, training programs, and operational processes that align closely with the overall company goals. This position requires a proactive leader capable of managing a busy restaurant environment while continually seeking opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and overall restaurant success.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS and management systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
  • Strong customer service orientation
