Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years related experience in restaurant management or training
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of company policies and operational systems
- Ability to conduct P&L analysis and budgeting
- Proficient in interviewing and staff training
- Compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Must be Serve-Safe certified
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years of related experience in restaurant management or similar field
- Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of company policies and procedures
- Ability to conduct P&L analysis and apply corrective measures
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Proficient in interviewing and training practices
- Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret business documents and technical procedures
- Mathematics skills including basic algebra and geometry concepts
- Ability to reason and solve problems based on data analysis
- Must be Serve-Safe certified or willing to obtain certification
Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant to ensure efficient and effective service
- Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems consistently
- Ensure objectives are met in all operational areas while adhering to company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Conduct profit and loss (P&L) analysis and implement corrective measures as required
- Plan and manage budgeting to achieve financial goals
- Participate in interviewing and hiring practices for staffing needs
- Oversee staff scheduling and labor management to optimize operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance
