Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of general management experience in the QSR industry
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends including at least 2 Sundays, two mid-shifts (11 am to 9 pm), and one closing shift (3 pm to 12 am) per month
- Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Business development knowledge
- No education required
