Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
one to two years related experience or training
knowledge of company operating systems and policies
ability to manage staff and operations
must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
must be Serve-Safe Certified
compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical standards

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
knowledge of company’s policies and procedures
knowledge of profit and loss analysis and corrective measures
knowledge of supervisory and training practices
knowledge of planning and budgeting
knowledge of interviewing practices
knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and journals
ability to write reports and business correspondence
ability to present information effectively to groups

Job Duties

Manage restaurant operations and staff
execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
ensure objectives are reached following company guidelines
ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
provide leadership, direction, training and development to managers and crew
analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
recruit, interview, hire and train staff
