Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • one to two years related experience or training
  • knowledge of company operating systems and policies
  • ability to manage staff and operations
  • must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • must be Serve-Safe Certified
  • compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
  • knowledge of company’s policies and procedures
  • knowledge of profit and loss analysis and corrective measures
  • knowledge of supervisory and training practices
  • knowledge of planning and budgeting
  • knowledge of interviewing practices
  • knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and journals
  • ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • ability to present information effectively to groups
