Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- one to two years related experience or training
- knowledge of company operating systems and policies
- ability to manage staff and operations
- must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- must be Serve-Safe Certified
- compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
- knowledge of company’s policies and procedures
- knowledge of profit and loss analysis and corrective measures
- knowledge of supervisory and training practices
- knowledge of planning and budgeting
- knowledge of interviewing practices
- knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and journals
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to present information effectively to groups
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations and staff
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- ensure objectives are reached following company guidelines
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- provide leadership, direction, training and development to managers and crew
- analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
- recruit, interview, hire and train staff
