- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality facility operations and management
- proven leadership skills

Job Qualifications

- 3+ years of Facility Operations and Management experience

- intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and provide mentorship to staff
- cultivate a team environment that delivers exceptional customer service
- implement and execute all staff training programs
- assist in selecting and developing Area Leads and Certified Trainers
- lead and motivate managerial staff
- execute employee recognition and incentive programs
- maintain community presence through partnerships
- ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment
- manage all operational aspects including entertainment, food, beverage, and attractions
- improve operational execution and adherence to standards
- direct management team to maintain high performance

- assist franchise owner in setting and meeting goals
- monitor online reviews to improve guest experience

- maintain inventory control and ordering systems
