Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant General Manager experience
- proven success leading and developing management teams
- strong understanding of labor management, food cost, and restaurant financials
- ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States
