Job Duties

  • Supervising that managers are using correct opening/closing procedures and adhering to company and labor policies
  • Oversee that managers and staff members commit to goals of order accuracy and exceptional guest service
  • Supervise and control managers daily and weekly inventory as well as chicken counts and waste
  • Ensure management team controls staff to maintain a professional, safe, and orderly work environment
  • Address customer complaints correctly and take over if unresolved
  • Fill in positions as needed during cleaning schedules
  • Make weekly schedules and ensure labor goals are met
  • Manage labor percentages
  • Ensure daily inventory completion on all shifts
  • Oversee appropriate truck orders to meet food cost goals
  • Approve weekly inventory with accurate record keeping and cost of goods
  • Identify and resolve cost of goods discrepancies
  • Recruit, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members
  • Handle all cash in store
  • Work with District Manager to manage performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff
  • Communicate job expectations, monitor, and review employee performance
  • Perform regular restaurant inspections to meet standards
  • Foster a positive culture and environment among staff
  • Address service issues with grace and courtesy to cultivate returning customers
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment, including enforcing sanitation standards and safety procedures
  • Develop all in-store managers
