Job Requirements
- Must have one to two years of related experience or equivalent education
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Serve-Safe certification required
- Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Ability to read and interpret business and technical documents
- Must demonstrate strong reasoning and mathematical skills
- Adherence to ethical business practices and compliance standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of supervisory practices and employment laws
- Ability to analyze business reports and interpret governmental regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and staff training
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations and staff
- Ensure execution of company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Provide leadership and training to subordinate managers and crew
- Analyze Profit and Loss statements and implement corrective measures
- Plan and budget resources effectively
- Conduct interviewing and staff development activities
