The role involves comprehensive responsibilities that include executing company systems and programs, monitoring Profit and Loss statements to identify corrective actions, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the company’s operating systems and be adept in supervisory practices, planning, budgeting, interviewing, and staff development methodologies. Further, the position demands a sound understanding of employment laws and ethical business practices to ensure the restaurant operates within legal frameworks.

Job Requirements
- Must have one to two years of related experience or equivalent education
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Serve-Safe certification required
- Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Ability to read and interpret business and technical documents
- Must demonstrate strong reasoning and mathematical skills
- Adherence to ethical business practices and compliance standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of supervisory practices and employment laws
- Ability to analyze business reports and interpret governmental regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and staff training
