Job Requirements

Must have one to two years of related experience or equivalent education
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
Serve-Safe certification required
Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
Ability to read and interpret business and technical documents
Must demonstrate strong reasoning and mathematical skills
Adherence to ethical business practices and compliance standards

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
Understanding of supervisory practices and employment laws
Ability to analyze business reports and interpret governmental regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and staff training
