Job Requirements

  • Must have one to two years of related experience or equivalent education
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Serve-Safe certification required
  • Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • Ability to read and interpret business and technical documents
  • Must demonstrate strong reasoning and mathematical skills
  • Adherence to ethical business practices and compliance standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of supervisory practices and employment laws
  • Ability to analyze business reports and interpret governmental regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and staff training

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations and staff
  • Ensure execution of company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Provide leadership and training to subordinate managers and crew
  • Analyze Profit and Loss statements and implement corrective measures
  • Plan and budget resources effectively
  • Conduct interviewing and staff development activities
