The General Manager role at Constellation centers around leading and managing operations within a Catering Commissary setting, with an emphasis on overseeing a skilled team of food service professionals. This full-time, onsite position requires the individual to be hands-on in planning, organizing, and supervising all activities and systems within the dining service and nutrition departments. The successful candidate will act as a liaison in all administrative capacities, managing budgets and ensuring compliance with sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards. Demonstrated expertise in financial management is crucial, including budget development, cost controls, labor management, and menu development. Additionally, this leadership position involves direct supervision of staff, facilitating ongoing staff development to maintain a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

The General Manager will have accountability for the operational excellence of the catering commissary, ensuring not only efficient delivery and distribution but also the highest standards of food preparation and service.
