The position is full-time and offers a competitive salary range between $65,000 and $75,000, accompanied by bonus opportunities. Additionally, flexible daily pay access is available to help staff access their earnings conveniently. The role expects a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day hotel operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and operational integrity.\n\nAs the Hotel General Manager, you will be entrusted with recruiting, training, and motivating a team of 6 to 12 staff members, ensuring optimal performance and guest satisfaction. You will maintain operational excellence by managing budgets, controlling labor costs, overseeing occupancy rates, and ensuring profitability. Your responsibilities will also include engaging with the local community and key business clients to increase the hotel’s market presence and occupancy. You will be expected to lead marketing initiatives and address guest feedback proactively to sustain high review standards. In addition, you will be involved in supporting housekeeping activities and emergency procedures to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for all guests. This role requires flexibility, leadership, communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Suitable candidates will have at least one year of experience as a Hotel General Manager, proficient computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hotel management or related field
  • Ability to perform physical tasks involving kneeling squatting sitting standing bending and twisting for long periods
  • Ability to lift push pull up to 20lbs regularly occasionally up to 50lbs
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Recruit train and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure the team achieves outstanding results
  • Ensure the hotel is always Guest Ready by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and swiftly addressing any guest concerns
  • Manage and address guest reviews to maintain review standards
  • Follow brand guidelines meet operational deadlines manage budgets control labor occupancy and P&L's to facilitate successful hotel operations
  • Network within the local community to promote the property and build strong relationships with competitive properties local organizations and key clients
  • Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
  • Assist with housekeeping in rooms as needed and daily completion of laundry duties and public space needs
  • Flexible for covering employee shifts as needed to ensure operational continuity in the event of unexpected absences
  • Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met
  • Perform other duties as assigned
