Job Requirements
- Food Handler card and TABC certifications
- availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- prior experience in restaurant or fast paced casual environment preferred
- ability to train and coach team members
- strong organizational and decision making skills
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours

- experience with cashier drawer counting and deposits
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Run the day to day operations in the store
- help coach and train all employees both in the front of house and back of house
- responsible for counting down cashier drawers and making appropriate deposits according to store standards
- control food cost through inventory process, recognize issues and train staff to correct
- streamline and make solid decisions for each shift
- attend managers meetings and help institute the game plan for success
- maintain a positive and productive work environment
