Fuzzy's Taco Shop is a rapidly growing nationwide restaurant chain known for its vibrant Baja-style cuisine, including tacos, nachos, burritos, fajitas, and refreshing margaritas and beer. Founded in 2003 on Berry Street in Fort Worth, Texas, the original location has evolved into a beloved destination for taco enthusiasts, earning a devoted following thanks to its commitment to quality food, festive atmosphere, and friendly service. Today, Fuzzy's Taco Shop boasts over 100 locations across the United States, each offering a unique blend of casual dining with a fun, fast-paced environment where guests feel welcome, whether they're bringing their dogs or relaxing on spacious patios. The chain is synonymous with great vibes, craveworthy dishes such as queso, salsa, guacamole, chips, sopapilla bites, and churros, and an overall experience that makes customers feel like part of the Fuzzy's family.

Fuzzy's Taco Shop is currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated individuals for the role of Store Manager. This position is integral to the smooth and successful operation of the restaurant, requiring a hands-on leader to oversee daily store operations, coach and train both front-of-house and back-of-house employees, and maintain high standards in food quality and service. The Store Manager will be responsible for controlling food costs through inventory management, ensuring cash handling procedures are properly executed, and fostering a positive work environment that motivates the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role demands excellent decision-making abilities to streamline shift operations and align with the company’s strategic game plan communicated during management meetings. Candidates must possess mandatory Food Handler and TABC certifications, reflecting the company’s commitment to health and safety standards, alongside compliance with local regulations.

The position offers both full-time and part-time employment options, accommodating various schedules with shifts typically ranging from 3 to 8 hours, starting at 8 AM or 4 PM, including weekend availability. The Store Manager will work closely with a small team each shift, ranging from 3 to 10 employees, creating a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere. Fuzzy's Taco Shop values flexibility and offers benefits such as employee discounts on food and uniforms, paid training, and a supportive workplace culture mindful of COVID-19 precautions, including provision of hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks. Compensation includes supplemental pay through tips, with bi-weekly pay frequency. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced casual restaurant environments and seek an opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding rapidly and innovating continuously in the casual dining sector. Joining Fuzzy's Taco Shop means becoming part of a brand focused on creating memorable experiences, celebrating good food, and fostering community engagement in a fun and vibrant setting.
