Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including food production, guest service, and team leadership
- Lead people processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high standards
- Plan and make critical business decisions concerning inventory, budgeting, and food costs
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Maintain high levels of safety for guests and employees
- Oversee maintenance plans and operational needs to meet standards of excellence
