Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including food production, guest service, and team leadership
  • Lead people processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high standards
  • Plan and make critical business decisions concerning inventory, budgeting, and food costs
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
  • Maintain high levels of safety for guests and employees
  • Oversee maintenance plans and operational needs to meet standards of excellence
