Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum experience as general manager or similar leadership role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team leadership
  • Flexibility to manage staffing and scheduling
  • Commitment to uphold the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to set goals and develop team members
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Passion for customer service and operational success

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant by ensuring adherence to McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to improve their departments
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to meet customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with safety and health standards
  • Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence
