Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum experience as general manager or similar leadership role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team leadership
- Flexibility to manage staffing and scheduling
- Commitment to uphold the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to set goals and develop team members
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- At least 18 years of age
- Passion for customer service and operational success
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by ensuring adherence to McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and coach Department Managers to improve their departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to meet customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with safety and health standards
- Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence
