Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous managerial experience in high-volume quick service or hospitality environments preferred
  • Ability to meet McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Skills in team leadership and development
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in quick service restaurants or similar industry
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-oriented and problem-solving mindset
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant by meeting financial goals
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Lead and support a team of Department Managers
  • Set goals for the restaurant and departments and create plans to achieve them
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain customer satisfaction
