Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience as a general manager in a full-service hotel or resort
- Proven financial management skills including budgeting and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business initiatives
- Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment skills
- Passionate about guest experience and service excellence
Job Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a general manager in a full-service hotel or resort
