Homestead Resort is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead its operations and set a high standard of excellence across the property. This is a senior leadership role ideal for an energetic and strategic professional with a passion for hospitality and a results-driven mindset. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the resort’s operation — including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources — ensuring seamless execution and unforgettable guest experiences.
The role demands a leader who can cultivate a strong people-first culture, inspire and develop a high-performing team, and foster lasting relationships with ownership, investors, and other key stakeholders. The General Manager will also develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive profitability and increase market share, while continuously monitoring market trends to capitalize on new growth opportunities. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a general manager in a full-service hotel or resort
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, revenues, and expenses
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic initiatives
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to guest service excellence
Job Qualifications
