Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a general manager in a full-service hotel or resort
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, revenues, and expenses
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic initiatives
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide overall leadership and direction for all hotel operations including rooms, food and beverage, sales and marketing, finance, and human resources
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive profitability and market share
- Champion a culture rooted in service excellence, accountability, and associate engagement
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and operational best practices
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, investors, and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for growth
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization strategies
