This property has undergone a significant transformation, featuring a stylish renovation of the hotel accommodations and the addition of a brand-new Kitchen + Bar experience. This enhancement elevates the guest offerings and sets a new standard for hospitality within the region. With 180 well-appointed guest rooms, the hotel caters to a diverse clientele, including families, business travelers, and leisure guests seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead this newly transformed property to continued success. This role is central to maintaining the brand's high standards of service while also fostering a workplace culture that values each team member. The General Manager will oversee all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Responsibilities will include recruiting and developing a talented team, managing budgets, improving quality assurance, and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the guest experience and hotel profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to quality guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
  • Hotel experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel taking the lead on providing exceptional guest service
  • Recruit, train, develop, and coach team members to excel in their career growth
  • Deliver on key business metrics of quality, service, profitability, and team
  • Assist in developing an annual operating budget and ensure the hotel meets and or exceeds expectations
  • Role model quality assurance best practices each day with the team and consistently meet or exceed all measures
  • Apply strong critical thinking skills to adeptly navigate challenging situations, proactively address issues, and demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement
