The role of General Manager at Sandpiper Hospitality is a dynamic, high-impact leadership position that offers full operational oversight of one of their extended stay hotels. This role is essential to the continued success of the property and the company’s overall portfolio. As General Manager, you will be the strategic mastermind and on-site leader responsible for the property’s overall performance and culture. Your responsibilities will include driving financial performance through effective P&L management, budget control, and implementing robust sales strategies to maximize occupancy. Managing and coaching a dedicated team is critical, as you will ensure employees are motivated and aligned with the company’s values while maintaining a positive work environment.
In this role, you will also oversee daily operational activities including maintenance and guest services to ensure a seamless guest experience that meets the highest standards of customer service. You will conduct daily inspections of vacant rooms and ensure brand standards are consistently upheld across the property.
