Job Duties
- execute full property oversight
- drive financial results including P&L management and budget control
- lead and coach the entire hotel team
- maintain highest standards of customer service and quality
- conduct daily inspections of vacant rooms
- submit weekly reports and participate in corporate calls
- foster a positive work environment
