Located just outside Omaha, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Omaha East/Council Bluffs, managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, offers guests convenient access to notable local attractions such as the Centurylink Center Omaha, TD Ameritrade Park, and Ralston Arena. We are currently seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the Fairfield Inn & Suites Omaha East/Council Bluffs to new heights in hospitality excellence. The General Manager will be instrumental in overseeing all facets of hotel operations including financial management, sales strategy implementation, guest services, and team leadership. This role requires a visionary leader who excels in driving revenue growth while maintaining cost efficiency and high service standards. As the face of the hotel, the General Manager will foster strong relationships with owners, community leaders, and corporate stakeholders to drive business development and reinforce the hotel's reputation.
In this position, you will be responsible for crafting and executing sales plans, managing budgets, and leveraging technology and reporting systems to optimize operational efficiency. You will ensure that every guest interaction results in memorable experiences by solving problems swiftly and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your leadership approach will empower staff through supportive coaching and a positive team culture, crucial for sustaining high morale and performance.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 plus a quarterly incentive plan. After the initial waiting period, employees become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. We also offer the convenience of Daily Pay options for eligible employees. Job Requirements
- valid driver's license for the applicable state

Job Qualifications
- at least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or related field
- or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
- or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong financial acumen including budgeting and revenue management
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to utilize technology and reporting systems effectively
