Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- completion of a background check
- must have a valid driver's license
- continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
- frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive movements for extended periods
- occasionally uses taste, smell, and far vision
- works around chemicals and on uneven surfaces
- may use a step stool or ladder
- variable days and hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- standard restaurant environment with exposure to extreme conditions
- minimum of 50 hours weekly
- might be exposed to extreme heat or cold from equipment or weather
Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
- proven success managing financial operations
- skilled in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- strong commitment to quality food and guest service
- effective mentor, coach, and trainer
- excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
- experience with inventory, labor, and financial controls
