Quality control is paramount, requiring adherence to Mo' Bettahs standards for food preparation and presentation. Leadership responsibilities extend to coordinating and leading weekly meetings with various team members, overseeing scheduling, reporting, inventory management, and online ordering processes. A deep understanding and embodiment of the Mo' Bettahs culture is essential, alongside strict adherence to company policies, health, safety, sanitation, and security standards.\n\nThis leadership opportunity provides a competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 annually, with bonus potentials including a monthly bonus up to $1,000 and an annual bonus target of $13,000, as well as a stay bonus with significant earning potential.
