The individual will take charge of driving same-store sales growth and monitoring line speed by analyzing transaction times to optimize service efficiency. Serving as the primary point of contact for customer service issues, this role carries the responsibility of maintaining outstanding customer reviews and satisfaction. Quality control is paramount, requiring adherence to Mo' Bettahs standards for food preparation and presentation. Leadership responsibilities extend to coordinating and leading weekly meetings with various team members, overseeing scheduling, reporting, inventory management, and online ordering processes. A deep understanding and embodiment of the Mo' Bettahs culture is essential, alongside strict adherence to company policies, health, safety, sanitation, and security standards.\n\nThis leadership opportunity provides a competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 annually, with bonus potentials including a monthly bonus up to $1,000 and an annual bonus target of $13,000, as well as a stay bonus with significant earning potential. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
- Proven track record of successfully promoting team members
- Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
- Ability to make difficult personnel decisions
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Lead the execution of the brand daily
- Competent in all FOH & BOH positions
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH
- Responsible for same store sales growth
- Responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
- Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews
- Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo' Bettahs standards
- Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
- Review weekly employee schedules
- Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, peoplePAR staffing guide, complete online ordering, inventory, etc.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the Mo' Bettahs culture
- Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
