Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in restaurant or food service
- Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, and employment laws
- Adhere to and enforce all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
- Lead the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness
- Operate the business profitably within established food cost, labor, and sales guidelines
- Implement operational game plans and company initiatives timely and profitably
- Staff the restaurant with qualified employees and ensure thorough training
- Train and develop Assistant Managers and Shift Managers
- Participate in local restaurant marketing and community affairs
- Promote and implement Public Safety Foundation initiatives
- Maintain all required programs, reports, and legal documents accurately and on schedule
- Maintain restaurant equipment in good working order and communicate issues to Owner
- Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times
- Communicate effectively with Owner concerning any business issues
- Perform physical tasks including standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Owner
