- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years minimum experience as a general manager in an upscale hotel
- proven leadership abilities
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- ability to work collaboratively with sales and operational teams
- ability to foster a positive work environment

- Minimum 5 years experience as a general manager in an upscale environment
- previous experience in a similar hotel environment
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- able to motivate team to provide best in class customer service
- 10+ years of profit and loss responsibilities
- bachelor's degree preferred
