The hotel is currently seeking an experienced and engaging General Manager to lead the property through strategic business leadership and operational excellence. This critical role entails responsibility for all facets of the hotel’s operation, including guest and associate satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation, and maximizing return on investment for the ownership. The General Manager will lead a talented executive leadership team, develop and implement property-wide strategies, and ensure alignment with the brand's service initiatives aimed at exceeding guest expectations.

In this role, the General Manager will foster strong relationships with key customers and actively participate in the sales process to drive demand. Utilizing Omni Hotels & Resorts' sales channels, the General Manager will initiate proactive sales efforts to boost market share and revenue. Financial stewardship, team motivation, and operational effectiveness are key components of the position, along with maintaining a positive business environment and a cohesive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in upscale, full-service hotel management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in all areas of hotel operation. Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years minimum experience as a general manager in an upscale hotel
  • proven leadership abilities
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of financial management and budgeting
  • ability to work collaboratively with sales and operational teams
  • ability to foster a positive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a general manager in an upscale environment
  • previous experience in a similar hotel environment

  • able to motivate team to provide best in class customer service
  • 10+ years of profit and loss responsibilities
  • bachelor's degree preferred
