The position of General Manager at Hyde Park Ventures holds a pivotal role within the organization, tasked with leading store operations to achieve profitability while mirroring the company's mission, vision, and values. This full-time, on-site role reports directly to the District Manager and oversees Hourly Shift Supervisors and Team Members. The General Manager is responsible for cultivating an empowering store culture focused on delivering consistent, outstanding guest experiences and upholding the highest operational standards. From fostering positive team dynamics to ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, this leader drives all aspects of the restaurant’s performance. The role requires an energetic and hands-on leadership style coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The General Manager will recruit, train, and retain top talent while promoting continuous learning and performance improvement through coaching and feedback. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience within Hyde Park Ventures or Five Guys
- Minimum two years of management experience or equivalent General Manager experience
- Energetic, enthusiastic, hands-on leadership style
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
