This opportunity is for a leadership role responsible for maintaining the high standards and smooth daily operation of Mo' Bettahs. The role involves diverse responsibilities such as leading front of house and back of house efforts, ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the restaurant, and driving same store sales growth while adhering to company procedures and standards. This position demands competency in all positions within both the front and back of house environments, emphasizing a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to quality food service and customer satisfaction.
As a leader in this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer service matters, be responsible for monitoring overall customer reviews, and consistently deliver quality food in line with Mo' Bettahs' standards. You will coordinate and lead weekly meetings with key team members including the Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer. The position requires management of weekly employee schedules, thorough knowledge and embodiment of Mo' Bettahs' culture, and strict adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and security standards. The role also calls for diligent completion of administrative duties such as weekly reporting, self-reporting, staffing guides, online ordering, and inventory management.

Mo' Bettahs offers a competitive annual base salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000, complemented by a monthly bonus potential of $1,000 which totals up to an annual $13,000 bonus based on achieving store metrics. Additional incentives include a monthly stay bonus potential of $2,250 adding up to $29,250 annually. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
- Proven track record of successfully promoting team members
- Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
- Ability to make difficult personnel decisions
- Live by and possess the Mo'Bettahs values
- Exemplifies the aloha spirit with customers, team members, and vendors
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication

Job Duties
- Lead the execution of the brand daily
- Competent in all FOH & BOH positions
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH
- Responsible for same store sales growth
- Responsible for line speed measured using transaction times
- Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and overall customer reviews
- Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo'Bettahs standards
- Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
- Review weekly employee schedules
- Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, peoplePAR staffing guide, complete online ordering, inventory
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Mo'Bettahs culture
